Privacy and site boundaries · effective and reviewed August 19, 2026
These operational boundaries describe the current public tools, learning materials, evidence pages, and—when visibly enabled—the Clinic inquiry. They do not pretend that inactive checkout or booking systems already exist.
The public tools and learning materials support reflection and education. They are not legal, medical, financial, security, procurement, accessibility, or other regulated professional advice.
Interactive tools and learning workspaces identified on their pages store entries and progress in this browser. Aloha AI does not receive those browser-local entries through the tool itself. Export records you need; clearing site data or changing devices can remove them.
When the secure Clinic form is visibly open, it sends the name, email, organization or cohort name, participant count, nonconfidential workflow description, access follow-up choice, consent, and an inquiry reference through Resend to Aloha AI and sends a confirmation to the supplied email. Aloha AI targets deletion within 30 days for inquiries not accepted, subject to documented legal or security holds; this is not an automated deletion guarantee. An accepted inquiry may be kept with the resulting business record, and a record may be retained longer when reasonably required for security, dispute, or legal obligations. The form does not request medical details, payment information, or confidential material; it does not create a booking or contract.
Scores, gates, prompts, and feedback organize information. They do not verify evidence, certify compliance, approve a vendor, authorize a pilot, or replace an accountable human decision-maker.
Do not enter confidential, privileged, patient, student, client, employer-restricted, payment, credential, or security-sensitive information.
Official and primary sources are preferred. A linked framework informs the structure of a tool; it does not mean its publisher endorses Aloha AI or certifies an output.
The site targets WCAG 2.2 AA and supports keyboard navigation, reflow, reduced motion, and labels beyond color. This is a design target, not a certification claim.
The current public site does not provide accounts, checkout, paid enrollment, event registration, grading, credentials, or contractual service acceptance. A Clinic inquiry is only a request to discuss fit.
External records are controlled by their publishers. A visibly open Clinic inquiry also uses Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention and Resend for delivery; those providers process the information required for their functions under their own terms.
Material claims should carry scope and review context. Unsupported or outdated claims may be corrected, superseded, or removed as the evidence changes.
Controlling boundary
Aloha AI provides public education, research, strategy tools, and bounded service inquiries. No attorney-client relationship, purchase, engagement, professional certification, or guaranteed outcome forms through the site.
